Welding- Straightening – CNC Machining – Powder coating
Our comprehensive refurbishment service consists of the following:
- Wheels and tyres removed from vehicle
- Tyres removed, wheels stripped of old balance weights & valves
- Wheels chemically dipped to remove original coating
- Wheels shot blasted to remove any imperfections
- Minor kerbing marks machined
- Damage welded
- Wheels degreased and cleaned
- Powder primer, solvent base coat and powder lacquer applied
- New valves fitted to wheels and balanced accordingly
- Finally, refurbished wheels refitted to car and torque tightened
