Terms & Conditions
a) Vehicles left with Alloy Art must be covered by the owner’s insurance. We will accept no responsibility for items left in the vehicle.
b) Locking wheel keys and any special tools needed for wheel removal must be provided by the customer. If Wheel bolts are over tightened on arrival, Alloy Art accepts no responsibility for damage to wheel bolts or locking nuts on arrival.
c) Extra Charges may apply after inspection of wheels if they are in a very poor condition. Customer will be notified of these charges before we proceed any further.
d) After stripping, hidden defects may be revealed e.g. cracks or excessive corrosion. This may result in additional charges and extra time required to complete the work or may mean the wheels are unsuitable for refurbishment i.e. buckled. Should any of these be the case the customer will be contacted asap to discuss the options.
e) Arrival time for bookings is 8 – 9am.
f) Vehicles must be collected by 5.30pm unless arranged otherwise.
g) Alloy Art will endeavour to complete the work within the time stipulated but cannot be held responsible for mechanical breakdown or power failure resulting in delays beyond their control.
h) Alloy Art accepts no responsibility for split rim bolt issues.
i) Alloy Art takes no responsibility in the removal or refit of pressure sensor valves.
j) Full payment will be required by the customer before the wheels are dispatched or when car is collected. Payment is accepted by cash, debit or credit card. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques and American Express.
