All services are in house we do not sub contract.
Welding- Straightening – CNC Machining – Powder coating
Our comprehensive refurbishment service consists of the following:
• Wheels and tyres removed from vehicle
• Tyres removed, wheels stripped of old balance weights & valves
• Wheels chemically dipped to remove original coating
• Wheels shot blasted to remove any imperfections
• Minor kerbing marks machined
• Damage welded
• Wheels degreased and cleaned
• Powder primer, solvent base coat and powder lacquer applied
• New valves fitted to wheels and balanced accordingly
• Finally, refurbished wheels refitted to car and torque tightened
